Returns & shipping
One garment, one price, one run. This page says how it reaches you, how long you have to change your mind, and what happens to your money.
Thirty days
You have thirty days from the day it arrives to send it back for a full refund. Unworn, unwashed, tags on. No reason needed and none will be asked for.
Write first
Email hello@rrrzzzs.com with the order number from your receipt and we will send the address to return it to. Do not send it back unannounced — a parcel with nothing attached to it has no order, and we would rather not be holding your garment and guessing.
Who pays the postage
- Changed your mind: you pay to send it back. We pay to send it out.
- Wrong, damaged, or not what the spec says: we pay both ways, and we would like a photograph so the next run is better.
Your money back
To the card you paid with, in full, within five business days of the garment reaching us. Your bank then takes as long as your bank takes. We do not hold a restocking fee and we do not offer store credit instead.
There are no exchanges, and that is not a policy
Every garment is a numbered lot and there is no second one. So a return is a refund — the lot goes back into the run, and it will be sold again. If you want a different one, buy it; the two do not need to be the same transaction.
Before it ships
Write and it is canceled, no questions. Once the label is printed we cannot stop it, and it becomes a return.
When it arrives
A run is made, not held. Everyone on the list is told the day a run lands, and told again if it moves. Once a run is in hand, orders go out from New York within three business days and you get a tracking number.
Where we ship
The United States, to begin with. Not because anywhere else is unwelcome — because customs, duties and a returns route we have never tested are three ways to take somebody's money and disappoint them. It widens when we have done it properly.
What we do not do
- No accounts. Your receipt is the record. Keep it.
- No restocking fee.
- No store credit in place of a refund.
- No subscription, and nothing recurring. One price, once.
If something is wrong with it
Write, with a photograph. A garment that fails at the seam, the print or the cuff is ours to put right, and thirty days is the return window, not the limit of our interest. Five of these were worn, washed and broken on purpose before any were sold; if one goes wrong later we want to see it.
Who you are buying from
A sole proprietorship in New York. The label carries RN178100, the registered identification number issued for it. On your bank statement the charge reads RRRZZZS.COM.
Changes
If this changes, the date at the top changes with it. The policy that applies to your order is the one that was on this page the day you bought.
